In the hours of the dawn,  

When light and darkness meet

Producing a haze that lands somewhere

Between yesterday and tomorrow

You find forgiveness

For wrongs you have done

Mistakes you have made

Words you have chosen.

It is here that hope for tomorrow is born

And regret is laid to rest.

It is here where strength lies

If you are willing to seize it.

It is here you can leave your worries

Your sorrow

And trade them for conviction.

This moment,

Like so many others

Is fleeting

And it is now,

While you are within its grasp

That you must decide

Forgive or condemn

Applaud or admonish

Embrace or reject

Yourself

So you can give the equivalent

To others.
