I have a hard time making time to write.  Between children, work and keeping up the house how will I ever become a famous author?

Dear Frustrated,

 

If you a writing so that you will become a famous author, you may be writing for the wrong reason.  Great writing happens because you love to tell stories and shape your words so that others can see what you imagine.  It can also be a great escape from the craziness of everyday life.  I suggest blocking out some time, at least an hour a day, either in the morning or at night before you go to bed for uninterrupted writing time.  You will be amazed how much you can accomplish if you do this every day!
